Orange View, welcome to our vacation home in Orlando. We are situated in the excellent community of Orange Tree, on the US 27 and only 8 miles from Disney World.

The villa is on a large corner plot with a ‘full south facing’ extended pool and spa, backing onto the orange trees. (The pool is fully screened to avoid those unwanted insects). You have privacy and Florida sun at your disposal.

Swim, relax, dine alfresco or simply laze under the lanai. The lanai encourages the 'whole outdoor living experience' of Florida.

We have full air-conditioning with ceiling fans in the master bedroom and on the lanai. The accommodation is spacious; the gathering room/lounge looks out to the pool with the kitchen over looking the lounge area, the nook and the pool. The formal dining area is a delight and flows from the lounge.

The master suite (American king-size bed and bathroom) opens on to the pool, have an early morning 'dip' before the rest of the family wake. The Den is completely private, with seating and sofa bed. Here you can escape and loose yourself in a book.

The children's room is fitted with a double/single bunk. The third bedroom has twin beds. There is a bathroom situated for use of these two rooms All have ample storage space.

We do not allow smoking within the villa. This is for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Our aim is to accommodate you, the guest. We chose this position and equipped this home to assist you in having 'treasured holiday memories'.
